Last Friday I was coming back with my 8-year old from the farmer's market late in the morning. My neighbor, a woman in her 30s, was walking with her two little girls and stopped to say "Hello." We just moved into a brand new neighborhood a year ago, so it was nice to get to know the neighbors.

Many expertise based business owners I know would probably throw out a job title like writer, coach, consultant, author, speaker, or mentor. 

While these may just be titles, I think they represent one of the key problems expertise based business owners face.
