Like a foundation, it helps you decide what your primary product(s) should be and the marketing path your customers will take to purchase your most expensive product (coaching program, for example).<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Long-term path</span> is important because you can see where your business is going 3-5 or 10 years from now! How many people can honestly say they know where they're going?<br /><br />Having a long-term strategic business plan will answer the question "What's next?" - a constant struggle for entrepreneurs at every level.<br /><br />That's exactly what we'll be doing on day 3 of the Coaching Super Summit. But my other goal is to have a group of highly motivated coaches and entrepreneurs, who will have an opportunity to ask questions, take "hotseats", experience "laser" coaching, and get close to the guest speakers, which is rarely possible at larger events.Milana Leshinskytag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6066979959486047763.post-89392818500999088062007-07-06T19:40:00.000-07:002007-07-06T20:00:08.990-07:00As I am taking a break from putting the event together, I got into thinking....<br /><br />Every Coaching Telesummit I've held created certain trends and movements in the coaching world over the last 3 years:<br /><br />- coaching clubs exploded all over the web after the first one;<br /><br />- unique coaching programs and mini-sites were popping up everywhere after the second one;<br /><br />- leverage, passive income, group coaching, and advanced business model discussions sparked many interesting ideas and projects in coaching this year.<br /><br />What will happen after Coaching Super Summit in the Fall?
